A focus on the needs of the customer is central to Hollow Extrusions' philosophy. We offer a commitment to respond to any enquiry within one working week, having recently recruited one of the foremost extrusion engineers in Europe to strengthen our technical capability.

We have also developed strong links with Birmingham University as a means to support a development programme to continually improve our key processes. This has all contributed to an ongoing improvement in the quality of our product, which is recognised as the critical element of the business. A revision of the quality system will culminate in ISO 9001 2000 approval in December 2003.

Hollow Extrusions has progressed from a forging environment with many years' experience into a supplier of machined and assembly ready products.

A continuing modernisation process which includes a major two year capital investment programme that is providing impetus for a wide range of process improvements.
