is a web-based service from Ingenuus aimed at organisations who deliver,
manage or participate in structured training programmes.
It can be used to track progress for Advanced Apprentice Programmes - monitoring learners as they move
through a curriculum and recording their development of technical, academic and interpersonal skills.
Programme administration tools and supporting information needed to manage your programme are available
as you need them, from our centrally hosted and maintained on-line service.
Although both powerful and richly featured,
Paratus
is easy to learn and simple to use. The
comprehensive selection of text and graphical reports provide instant access to information and comparisons for
individuals, class groups and other participating colleges within your programme.
..Ready to Role....
You simply register each of your users on
Paratus
according to their 'role' within the training
programme (learner, tutor, assessor etc.) and they can begin to use it straight away. The use of roles also determines
what each person is able to see and do whenever they log-in.
A 'typical' structured training programme model could be based on a combination of occupational, vocational,
educational and academic qualifications. The diagram above shows some of the roles that might be required in delivering an
Advanced Apprentice Programme across a retail network.
